The Circular Community Platform (TCCP)
Under construction
Re-Quip is currently developing its first initiative: the Circular Community Platform (TCCP). This platform is designed to unite companies in the offshore and maritime supply chain around one shared goal: accelerating circularity through knowledge sharing, collaboration, and practical tools. By bringing organizations together, the platform helps reduce waste, improve reuse opportunities, and make circular decision-making more accessible and transparent.
The Circular Community Platform consists of:
- Knowledge & Community – a collaborative space for supporting companies to share insights, best practices, and circular solutions.
- Re-Quip Marketplace – an internal and external marketplace for sourcing, reusing, and redistributing T&I equipment and materials.
- Circularity Measurement Tools – objective scoring and assessment methods that provide clear insight into the circular potential of products and components.

Key features at launch:
- Independent, non-commercial connecting marketplace
- Includes circularity score
- Commercial enablers & facilitators connected
- Per transaction a circularity fee towards the foundation
THE ONLINE MARKETPLACE
Turning circularity into cash
As part of the Circular Community Platform, the Re-Quip marketplace offers companies in the offshore and maritime supply chain a central place to make better use of existing equipment and materials. The marketplace supports the reuse of complete tools, components and rental items—whether new, unused or pre-owned.
Organisations can choose to share equipment only within their own company network or make it available to the wider industry. By bringing these options together in one platform, the marketplace helps reduce waste, extend the lifecycle of valuable assets and strengthen collaboration across the sector.

CIRCULARITY MEASUREMENT
To measure is to understand — and only what you understand, you can improve.
Circularity measurement tools help stimulate reuse and more sustainable decision-making within the supply chain by objectively assessing products and components against key circularity criteria. Circularity is not just about recycling at the end of life; it begins at the design stage, with conscious choices that extend lifecycles and reduce waste.
A circularity score offers transparency into how well a product or system is designed for circular use. It highlights the materials involved, how easily components can be disassembled, and whether the product can be reused, repurposed, or recycled. It also identifies the main barriers to circularity, providing clear guidance for improvement.
